In Napier Hawkes Bay

Finding us is easy
We're on the corner of Wakefield Street and Niven Street in Onekawa, just off Taradale Road.Look for the big black building.
The entrance is on Niven Street and you can park right outside.

When you arrive, you'll leave your shoes here and head straight into the studio.

You don't need to bring a yoga mat, bolster, headphones, eye mask, pillow, blanket or water. It's all here waiting for you.

Your space is already set up
Every space has a mat, pillow, blanket, 9D RF headphones and an eye mask.Choose a spot. Get comfortable. We'll explain everything before we begin. You don't need to know what you're doing. You can't get it wrong.

Then the outside world gets turned down
Headphones on. Eye mask on. Lie back. From there, your experience is your own.Nobody is watching you. Nobody is expecting a performance. And you don't need to keep up with the person on the mat beside you.Breathe through your nose whenever you want to slow things down. Breathe deeper when you want to explore further. You're always in control.

Prefer not to do it with a group?
Private sessions are available for one or two people, or even a small private group of friends with the studio set up just for you.Bring somebody with you if you'd rather not come alone.

The practical stuff
Unisex toilet facilities fitted with grab rails are available inside the studio. There is also ramp access at the side of the building for anyone who would prefer to avoid the steps at the main entrance.

This is our Review Wall.
At the end of a session, there's no sharing circle and nobody is going to ask you to tell a room full of strangers what happened. But if you want to leave a few words behind, grab a pen. These are some of the words left by the people who were here before you.

That's it.Walk through the door.Take your shoes off.Choose a mat.Put on the headphones.Close your eyes.Breathe.We'll take care of the rest.
